Ive been lucky to have been around film making most of my life.
As I child I had the privilege of visiting amazing movie sets watching my uncle (Roger Pratt BSC (Batman / Harry Potter / Troy ) work.
The magic inside film studios blew my mind as a little kid. The sets, the lighting, the special FX, the actors.. it was all so magical, all these people, all working together to capture this imagined image on a screen.
After spending most of my youth making endless videos with my friends, I moved from the rural North west of England to London to attend film school and to start gaining proper work experience on film sets.
Whilst studying I worked as a camera/lighting assistant, gaffer and DOP on low budget features, music videos, commercials and shorts. I made my first music video for MTV when I was 19 and had shot my first indie feature film by 24.
In the 20 plus years I've pretty much worked across the whole spectrum of film making and budget scales. Working as a freelancer and then running my own Production company. Making Feature films, advertising, art films, commercials, corporate content and 100s of music videos.
My work is massively diverse and eclectic. Ive worked with Artists like Kate Bush all the way through to KSI. With amazing Actors like Colin Farrell and Jude Law. For global Brands from Roll Royce through to Phillip Morris and Warhammer. With incredible charities like the Make a Wish, Foundation, Terrence Higgins Trust and the Dogs Trust .
All along collaborating with so many amazingly talented film makers, people and crews its impossible to mention them all.
